JE Properties Inc was formed in 2007 after founders Jamie Cunningham and Erin Machuk decided to expand their real estate business to help those who wanted to own but are unable to due to inadequate credit ratings. Jamie & Erin have serviced many tenants over the years and have been looking for a way to help tenants into home ownership.
Jamie & Erin have been buying Real Estate for over 7 years and over time developed a philosophy they believe leads to a sustainable relationship for everyone involved with their properties.
